If you are not completely satisfied with your ONLINE purchase, we will gladly offer an E-STORE CREDIT. We do not offer any refunds. All returns must be received at our store within 21 days of receiving your package. Please return items to:

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and with the original tags attached. The original order invoice must be included in the return package. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Yaya & Co and that Yaya & Co reserves the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions. If items do not meet the conditions outlined, an e-store credit will not be issued and the item(s) will not be shipped back.
Yaya & Co will take 3-5 business days to process returns and an e-store credit will be issued via email. Credits do not expire and cannot be used in-store.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and all previous shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend shipping your returns with a tracking number for items over $20. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If you are not completely satisfied with your ONLINE purchase, we will gladly offer an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. We do not offer any refunds. All returns completed IN-STORE must be done within 30 days of receiving your package.
Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Yaya & Co and that Yaya & Co reserves the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Sale merchandise, online gift cards, accessories, hats, bodysuits, masks and bras are final sale.
We will gladly offer an exchange or issue a store credit within 7 days of purchase on unworn, unaltered merchandise. We do not offer any refunds. Items must be accompanied by an original receipt and have all tags attached.
Due to the Ontario government mandated lockdown, in-store visits are not permitted at this time. We will not be able to accept exchanges until our stores re-open. For In-Store purchases on or after April 17, 2021, we will accept exchanges within 14 days from the date our stores re-open.
During the time of provincial restrictions due to COVID-19, processing and delivery times will be delayed. Order processing may take up to 4 business days and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed as there are delays with Canada Post. We will continue to do our best to get orders to you in 7 days but it may take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however Yaya & Co cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.
